Certificate views are rounded and updated with delay.
Artificial views
It is forbidden to engage in any view faking activities (attracting artificial views, fraudulent actions to influence the view count, ranking and certificate level), as they violate our Terms of Use.
Do not waste your time and money. We clearly see where each certificate’s view is coming from. Our algorithms recognize artificial views through a variety of services. All artificial views are reset to zero.
If you did not engage in such activities and they were done by others, you need not worry, because such views will not be taken into account.
If you think that the problem is our algorithm and your certificate was viewed by real visitors, please send us links to pages where you have placed your certificate and a link to it, and we will further analyze your views.

Nickname letter case (uppercase/lowercase letters)
We do not consider the same nickname written in different case letters a different nickname.
All Internet services support this. Thus, you will not be able to register nickname.blogger.com and NickName.blogger.com as two different blogs or nickname@gmail.com and NickName@gmail.com as two different mailboxes.
When will my certificate become silver/gold/platinum?

What does certificate validity period mean?
Your certificate is valid for 3 years from the registration date.
Later on you will be able to extend the validity of the certificate for 3 more years (5 years for diamond certificates) unlimited number of times. To do this, you simply need to login.
Thus, your certificate will remain valid as long as you need.
How to set a nickname in different social media sites?
Why did the owner of the nickname certificate change?
We believe that if one nickname is claimed by two or more people, the ownership should be passed to the user who can prove that he or she began to use this nickname first (for example, by providing links to websites where this nickname was first used).
The decision can also be made in favor of the most active user of the network (user that maintains a blog, a website, and is registered in different social media sites, forums etc. under the same nickname).
All other things being equal, the ownership of the nickname is retained by the user who had registered it on our website first.
Also, to avoid possible transfer of rights, we recommend that you place the certificate/verification on websites/blogs/forums; it will significantly increase your chances of keeping your nickname.
How to delete a nickname/account?
In order to delete a nickname, go to the Edit page (you must be authenticated first https://mynickname.com/login). There will be a link to delete it.
Empty accounts without nicknames are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
