Honestly, it’s a boring story. When I was 13, my friend and I were obsessed with JDM, drift, and rally. We dreamed of drifting touge in Osaka in an R32 GTR and Evo VIII. We had a Discord server with custom roles: Tokyo Drift Legend and Osaka Drift Legend (guess which was mine). Around that time, I was playing with Linux distros on a beat-up laptop. Every install needed a hostname, and osaka_drift was the first thing I thought of. After a few more times, it just stuck.
